I hear you CJR. Its seems that from here on out until June we will be getting a little more info as to what is happening (hopefully).

Now until the beginning of June - We will be seeing more SEC filing from Institutions and Mutual funds of their holdings of KRY reported for their 1st quarters. Could be interesting.

Soon - Noteholder Appeal decision

Unknown - Class Action suit (I wonder if they are watching the judges comments on the appeal).

May 17ish - Q1 earnings (hopefully an update of some sorts)

Mid Mayish - Materials for AGM sent out.

May 31 - beginning of conversion timeline for potential strategic investor.

June 10 - Rusoro's $60M loan due for the "strategic investor" Hambro and others.

June 23 - AGM

June 23 - Almost all directors terms expire. I am sure this will already have been voted on prior to the AGM with the AGM materials received in advance.

June 30 - Potential strategic investors loan due back from KRY if loan agreement not extended by investor.
