gw, after years of brain-numbingly wrong theories and missed deadlines i'll offer my latest theory.

1. LC (LB will be included in the "LC project") will be formally initiated very soon. to some extent, it already has....it's obvious the BCV is buying gold from illegals (via third parties) but i dont think the illegals are efficient enough to process the very low grades on a large scale.

2. the "gold corporation" will run very similarly to how the PSUV is set up. majority interests in "concessions" set up on a JV basis. probably having "bids" like they just did for the orinoco belt....

the big questions: how will kry fit into this? or will they? and if they do, how do they finance thier end?
