What matters is what is painfully obvious and that is that Chavez pulls the strings in this and all other matters, and it is obvious to me he isn't looking favourably on us. Will/is he using this new committee to screw us? he's fully capable of twisting things his direction.

I agree with you but will say that it is quite possible that it isn't a matter of Chavez looking favourably on us. RML their parntner of choice as we have been told hasn't gotten any mining permits either. When mining permits get handed to RML then I'll be convinced.
