Since nothing gets done without Hugo's approval....especially given the high rank of what's his name spearheading the investigation....I have to conclude that this is either very good (glass half full) or very bad (glass half empty).

"Glass half empty" thinking: Given Hugo's expropriation rampage, endless delays, lack of communication from CVG, public statements about 'reclaiming Las Cristinas', etc., it would appear that this is his latest strategy to screw KRY.

"Glass half full" thinking: Given the fact that this is old news, one wonders why it would even be worthy of yet another "high profile investigation" at the NA level....especially with the obvious incorrect public assertions regarding lack of contract compliance by KRY with respect to social obligations (hospital, school, sewers, etc.). Perhaps this is simply a vehicle to publically find KRY in compliance as a good social citizen in order to justify the project going forward while allowing Hugo and his minions to save face.

So there you have it. We're either toally "F'd" or we'll soon be popping open the champagne.
