The Permanent Commission of Energy and Mines of the NA agreed to restart
the investigation for violation of the concession between the multinational
company Crystallex International Corporation and Corporacion Venezolana de
Guayana (CVG), at the request of Member (PPT) Jose Albornoz, Second Vice
President of the National Assembly.

Since no good news ever comes out of this country....I presume that they are talking about violation of the Mine Operating Contract (not the "concession"). Look for KRY to be found guilty of "accounting irregularities" after a long, nausiating investigation. Perhaps some red shirted KRY employees can be bribed to bear false witness alleging horrific acts of forced "leaps of the frog"...GLTA
