jacki79?, i said "8 weeks" because that is the published timeframe (give or take) for the end of our cash...midas pointed out that we can still sell our equipment, gw pointed out that selling our equipment is like a sno-cone maker selling his sno-cone machine....i'm not really sure what happens if we sell the equipment. the bondholders could probably push the issue then, but why?
then EZ (as usual) quickly jumped in to suggest that fung has a 100 golden deals in the works...
EZ, if fung has deals "in the works" when exactly does he plan to release that info to shareholders? after they shut off the electric?
the smart move (you'd have no way of knowing this EZ) would be to leak any/all info that a deal IS in the works...true or not...you'd find out real quick who is interested and who is not....after our last little PPS spike (when mngt was FORCED to make a statement) would have been a real good time to say "rumors that Goldcorp and kry have come to a buyout arrangement for $1/2bil are totally unfounded"....
but (at least in my experience) EZ, shareholders are the last people kry mngt is concerned with... my opinion is that a deal has been reached (probably not the best deal for shareholders) and it will be divulged after every outside investor in kry (shareholders/noteholders) has been screwed as hard as possible....
