CJR....I agree to a point. A potential financial suitor trying to get cute by waiting for Fung to beg may find himself S.O.L. by an unknown competitor in the wings who simply says...."I'll agree to that (or a deal reasonably close to the requested deal after the obligatory haggling)....I want it. It's worth it. Done". Then the A-hole that was trying to bleed KRY to save pennies on the dollar (in the scheme of things) will be forced to try Bolivia, Area 51 or some other place for a better deal. At that point, if I was Fung, I'd break wind silently as I delivered the bad news to the cheapskate suitor....and quietly (but tightly) close the door to the small, sweltering conference room behind me as I left the cheapskate to ponder the ramifications of his decision.
Did you ever have Thai food? I love it!
