The outcome was almost a legal certainty.

The noteholders would have needed an astounding case to overcome the business judgment rule. The market simply recognized the near certain outcome being realized.

More importantly, now we can move forward without this distraction and any dealings with the noteholders will now be much more favorable for us, the shareholders.
