JC - the Ask was pulled up to .43 in the last seconds. I'm thinking these 400 share trades are an administrative adjustment to 2 decimals closing price. Usually we get something like Bid .4013 Ask .4028 and the 400 share trade close would be .41.

A couple times the ask has been pulled and given us a couple of pennies rise like today.

I wonder if anyone knows if this is an AMEX thing that the closing price must be 2 decimals. It would explain a lot.
