hoov, best i can figure...we had about a 10mil share buy in one day that ran the PPS above .50......everything else imo was retail speculation based on that buy...

In addition to that...what I don't understand is why after the jump we leveled off at .40. From a fixed .25 to a fixed .40. Seems odd. Does this mean the remaining shares are in strong hands? Not sure how that works.
