pen, i would think a "global minded" company or organization (of shareholders using compay funds?) might help fund it...hell, worst case, with $30mil you could fund 300 individual cases. ideally, the investors would represent nationals from numerous countries where venezuela has a bi-lateral treaty in place....you dont have to win the cases...but venezuela would have to defend against them...

it could cause a number of different outcomes...but it would definately bring to light the scope of the problem with venezuela....also, it would be nice to stick it to the man for once....
