2-use venezuela's kimberly certification to sell blood diamonds/gold from africa on the open market claiming they came from venezuela's km88...

3-russian company claims higher and higher reserves/lower production costs and the huge cache of diamonds just found...

russians get rich, hugo gets richer, africans can sell thier gold and diamonds for much more than they get in sierre leonne.....and they dont even have to mine an ounce of LC...

it may sound far fetched...but i'd bet there's some degree of truth to it....scumbags....
