Good find...no doubt the "holistic plan" for development of the mining sector is being implemented as some faceless bureaucrat told us it would be a couple of years ago. It is a bit frustrating that they never mention KRY or GRZ except in a negative context with respect to development of Las Cristinas or Las Brisas.
