pen, i was just listing a few possible scenarios as to what may be going on...i dont want to keep beating on this as the truth is probably much more slimy and the fact is that none of us know what it is... we just speculate based on available info..

many of the questions you raised can be answered in one or more of the scenarios...i.e. there is something we are not aware of that makes arbitration an unlikely prospect and fung is forced to try and negotiate with the same folks who have been stringing us along...

who knows? maybe there's a factor that both ven and kry have to get out of the way before they can employ thier master gold plan! like an icsid ruling on vannessa or grz filing for arbitration....maybe we'll all get rich because of fungs great negotiating skills.

i do know this.....if ven or anyone else has already made an offer (no matter how low) to buy us out then fung damn sure should have brought it to the shareholders.....i'm sure the picture will be even clearer by the next 10q....
