Bill, I am frustrated like you are but I don't see what options we have at this point. When you say:

Why the fck would it be that important not to let anyone know your negotiating.I really dont understand this reasoning at all and if its because they dont want the stock price to rise on any speculation, than we have a very large problem with management.

I think most shareholders feel the same way. The fact that we are in the dark about what is happening is what it is. This is the way management is handling things so I don't know what recourse you, me or anyone else has other than to sell at this point.

Give me some direction were we are headed is all i ask because if we are headed down the wrong road and thats the reason for the silence then we have nobody to blame but ourselves.IMHO

I think management has give some direction and came away from the AGM feeling managements frustration as well as Fungs determination to get value for all shareholders. While we may not like the amount of information we are getting it is pretty clear to me that Fung is working to reach a solution to our impasse.

I don't think we'll end up with anywhere near what our contract is worth but I do think that for those who have averaged down to the $1 range money can still be made. Most of us just want this over with and will settle for a lot less than we should.

Most of the messages lately have all been about knowing what is happening like yours is. I can come up with more than a couple of reasons why any negotiations need to be kept secret but they are all speculation.

It has been said before but it still holds true. There are only two options worth talking about right now. One is to sell believing the worst will happen and the other is to hold believing a deal will be made. I'm in too deep right now to even consider selling so my only personal option is to hold. If anyone has another option I'm all ears.
