I don't think Fung was lying but is it a lie if you believe what you say even though it is wrong?

What I and others have expressed is that the only offiial info we haveis that KRY will run out of cash in Q4. We don't know if that means OCT 2 or DEC 31st. It just marks a window that I think once opned weas shareholder have a right to know what is going on.

My conversation with KRY have been less than satsifying. I think they owe us some information.

I do think you may be right in that it may be time I moved on in terms of posting on this board. I've always tried to provide a realist viewpoint but than may not be welcome any longer.
