Doesn't matter if you think it is long overdue -- most of us probably agree, but Crystallex has never been proactive in communicating the status of things. The Agoracom mob with pitchforks and torches won't change that. It will happen at the pace Fung dictates.

IMO Fung probably went about as far as he will go in his phone conversation with bmh when he implied that he is trying to negotiate something that will happen quicker than arbitration. That's about the only logical reason we haven't filed yet anyway, so it makes sense to me.
