I agree EZ. Certainly, if there was nil-zip-nadda happening, Fung would said siomrthing, and have applied for ARB. Something is going on, and the company is not saying anything, to avoid hurting the negotiations. Oh sure, maybe legally the company could put out a press release, but I believe they think were smart enough to realize that no news is good news, and may very well be very good news.

I believe that the situation is more complicated than we see, and Fung is waiting for the cards to fall in place. He does not want to jump the gun. VZ/Chavez can be easily pissed off.

From what i read, Polyus is not flush, and has a lot of eggs in their basket. Maybe VZ/Russian bank has money, and or the billions borrowed from China are available, but this 'unasignable' MOC seems to be a big problem for VZ. VZ most likely will not work with us. Quite possible that Fung will not give up the 'airtight' and up to date/in good standing MOC, even if it is possible at this point, untill he gets the offer he's willing to accept. Crystallex's Las Christinas is the ONLY new mine that can start producing in the near future.
