Several months ago it was rumored that a Russian miner was looking over the books in Toronto. Nothing was ever confirmed. Not Rusoro; I foreget the name. My hope is that whomever that was may be the candidate Fung is negotiating with. IMO arbitration will force VNs hand and Fung doesn't want to do that. As a trained mediator I know that the last thing you want to do is force either party into something they do not feel good about. I wouldn't want to be in Fung's shoes but I do believe deal making is what he does best even if the time frame isn't to my liking.
