I'm not a basher but I think no one new wanting to invest is a legitimate concern. Maybe I am "too fearful" but I would almost prefer a buyout or arbitration over a permit at this point.

I don't know how VZ can be trusted now or anytime in the future and I would not blame anyone sitting on the sidelines for not wanting to invest any $ even on favorable news. There are other opportunities out there.

I do believe we will be better off than today at some point in the future. How much better off remains to be seen. But I am NEVER coming back to VZ -- at least not VZ as it stands now.
