Have to disagree . My readings have led me to believe that VZ has become more interested in confiscation and not contracts, and especially not with companies based in U.S. aligned countries. Once upon a time, our contract was the model for the rest of the mining industry. But still, no permit. I think what VZ states and what they actually do are two different things.

Was it just me or did anyone else hear Fung say that Crystallex might be 'exempt' from the Central Bank's new law about selling 70% to them at the local Bolivar rate?
