My take from the meeting was that we are trying to reach an agreement on the value of our contract. My feeling is that we won't be getting the permit because of political reasons but we will be offered compensation either from VZ or another mining company. There was nothing about losing everything. I think if we can't reach a settlement soon we will let the courts decide our value.

The other thing that struck me was that if VZ settles with KRY for say 2 billion it will put an end to GRZ wanting 5 billion. No court would look at our settlement and decide GRZ is more valuable.
