My question is why hasn't VZ cancelled the contract if they are not going to deal with KRY?

My guess is that they are anxious to start mining and needs KRY's EIS approval intact or they (VZ or another company) will have to start this approval process all over again thus delaying the project for years again thus why KRY was called back to the table last summer and their proposal accepted by Minamb.
