Maybe that's where the July 31st bondholder deadline came from. They promised the bondholders that if there was no permit by the 31st that they would file for arbitration. Given our history and who we are dealing with, this is the most likely scenario. Not hopeful...but probable. Kind of like disagreeing with the theory that the hidden reason behind the following headline is a machiavelian attempt by institutions to steal our shares..
