GW, not to be the basher here but....

it's the same thing i'd do if i was a sleazy hugo...it's not like it will hurt his business reputation...

let kry spend themselves senseless for as long as possible on social projects that ven cannot fund.....it weakens kry's cash position before pursuing arbitration and postpones the inevitable settlement when hugo wont be in power anyway....personally, i believe hugo is lining his own pockets as fat as possible right now...i think he can see the writing on the wall....

i could buy that kry has been waiting for "official notification" that ven will nationalize the project...but by venz own standards, does'nt a "lack of response" constitute an official "no"????

same story, we wait until the trial date for bondholders...if no news by then kry will have no choice but to file arbitration imo.....
