“Opening ceremonies for the two projects are being discussed.” Please clarify “with whom” are they being discussed.

Assuming all the social projects have been completed, to whom will you tender the Notice of Completion requesting that the appropriate Venezuelan Government Officials accept Title and Responsibility for the Projects? From my past experience, I am fully aware of just how important is a Notice of Completion.

If there is no response, as in the past, what steps can KRY take to obtain official acknowledgement that would relieve it of further responsibility under the Mining Operating Agreement and obtain official Notice that KRY is in full compliance.

IMO, if we obtain these TWO official notices from Venezuela, any resultant Court Case is in our favour.
