I dunno. If the 28th comes and goes with no deal\no permit let's hope:

1. Fung was able to somehow keep the bondholders patient for arbitration

2. Fung has figured out a way to finance us for however long it takes to get thru arbitration.

If not...stick a fork in us. We're done.
