Partial payment? I wonder how someone would know this without a pr?

Aside or along with some sort of payment there could also be negotiations to move the due date past 2011 more in line with the mine completion and beginning of production. Also could have negotiated the "majority control" clause to enable a 50/50 jv. Lots of possiblities.

Hard to say even if this is true but if it is I would find it hard to believe KRY could keep it quiet for very long.
