It looks to me like "the new gold export rules" were designed to screw KRY, but good! Doesn't this latest action by VZ call for a Press Release?

IMO,the behaviour of the VZ Govt.officials has been dishonest. They have finally managed administer the "coup de gras" to KRY's aspirations to mine the Las Cristinas Project.

IMO, the only way to handle this new development is to file for Arbitration on May 29!
