These crooks that run the country did their best to bankrupt us and then when they saw we had an ironclad case for international arbitration tried to have us picked up on the cheap by Rusoro...not (imo) because Rusoro is "Russian"...but because Rusoro would pick at the KRY carcass...and give VZ whatever they wanted in terms of 50% joint partnership, etc. since they were on death's door anyway. Rusoro executives could scam big $$$ at the expense of their shareholders in the process. I believe that there are definately negotiations going on behind the scenes. The bondholders probably caught wind of the reality of the situation long ago and decided to cut to the chase. Now Vz. comes out with their coup de grace.....sucking most of the potential profits out of mining gold and redirecting it into state coffers by changing the law but managing to comply with the terms of the MOA in the process...thereby solving their legal problem. Real slick. Real sleazy. This will be the official end of ANY foreign investment in this sh!thole of a country. PLEASE...Mr. Fung...get me my $2.00. No...give me a buck and I'm gone! If we can get off of this sinking ship with our lives before Hugo imposes marshall law we all will be waaaaaay ahead of the game. I have a list of gold juniors located in REAL countries that I would love to reallocate my KRY money to.
