joe, i think the problem with the placer sale was...placer sold it's "rights" to vannessa...also, ven had/was in process of pulling those rights..

i dont see how ven could block the total sale of a publicly traded company...it would still be "crystallex" or "crystallex de venezuela"....it would just be a wholly owned subsidiary of Goldcorp....or whoever...
