The Bondholders have invested under a certain set of circumstances and if you change those circumstances and reduce their security, I believe they will then have a case.

I believe we are in a strong position because either we receive the Permit before May 27th,or KRY can exercise their OPTION and force them into Arbitration without further negotiation as per the rules of the ICSID.
