teut and all, imo if hugo wanted more, and kry wanted to give more, could'nt they just work it out "outside" the contract (i.e. where, when, how they sell the gold and for what cash exchange rate?)......i dont see where kry would have to change the existing agreement.....on the other hand...i dont really see why they would...

after the last couple weeks i'm really feeling better about the situation...i dont believe hugo will put all his eggs in one russian basket and i dont see where anyone else would pay off better for hugo than kry....not to mention the arbitration if he does'nt go with kry.......as much as i hate to "backtrack".....a lot of this might be just what kry says it is.....beauracracy.
