The President of the Camera of Industrialists and Miners, Fernando Goyenechea and Pedro Lacure, member of the Network of Small Industralists of the state Bolivar, left to the passage to the declarations minister for the Basic Industries and Minería, Rodolfo Sanz, that assured that the problem within the Venezuelan Corporation of Guayana is of “organizational” level.

Goyenechea maintains that “it is not moment for discussing on the organization of the CVG, but rather, is moment for discussing and for finding the solution of the fundamental problem”, making reference to the shortage of the aluminum production, that has brought consequently the absence of the corresponding payments, as much to workers as to the suppliers.

Sanz accepted that “the situation of the basic companies is critical”, reason why Goyenechea greets this fact that somebody, within the Government, recognizes that the situation is difficult, but at the same time establishes that the minister falls in contradiction, since “in a while says that to the situation this decreased, but soon makes reference to that the situation is normal”.

The minister of the Mibam, also affirmed that the decisions around the paper of the CVG and the companies of the sector of aluminum will be announced Monday in a public intervention of the own Sanz.

“We are going to propose a global plan in which all we will have to make some sacrifice, as much the State, the industralists, the suppliers and the workers”, the minister said. With reference to this, the reflection of Goyenechea is that “we have long time sacrificing to us. The workers of the companies that produce aluminum and steel have spent years of sacrifice and work, but is to do more `sacrificios' we will continue it doing, we only hoped that the State also puts of its part”.

“We will wait for the announcement of the next week, we have the hope of which are clear solutions for the problem”, it emphasized.

Asseveration ilusa

Minister Sanz showed that “the State will deal with which the price of aluminum can recover”, looking for a way to diminish the impact that this generating its shortage of production.

To this subject, Goyenechea he thinks that “it is an asseveration totally outside context and what he can bring consequently is that the workers of the sector become false illusions”.

Goyenechea explained that the prices of aluminum are regulated by world-wide the economic situation. “Venezuela does not make aluminum products, but half-finished. These go to the sector of the construction, the automotive one and the aeronautical one, that they are sectors that at the moment are being struck by the economic crisis in the world”.

, They took the opportunity as well to clarify to the workers of the filial companies to the CVG that is working on the basis of the plans that were presented/displayed the government, so that the adjustments are covered by new solutions, since they are conscious that any “plan” happens through economic and social adjustments.

Valid questions

Pedro Lacure, on the other hand, is glad for the recognition realised by Sanz saying that “for a long time back the call has been made face the problem for the first time and, recognizes somebody it”.

Also it said that it seems to him “interesting” to know on that the “global plan” is based that minister Sanz proposes, since the enterprise alliance has formalized the attachment lines to face the problem of the sector of the aluminum to determine what to do.

“the CVG is important part of the enterprise production of personnel and is a pain that for want of will and management this one is decaying. Then a valid question would be is solved the problem of the basic companies if the CVG disappears? ”, it finalized.
