I spoke to Richard today. I have spoken with him in the past but not in a few months. He seemed much more guarded with his comments than he had in the past. As this matter leads to litigation on several fronts he will say even less. Unfortunately this is a be patient and pray situation.

I truly hope Kry does file arbitration on the first possible date as I want a resolution. Further, if we get to this point Kry will need a fundraising which will cause further dilution. It appears only the executives and their trading partners are making money not the shareholders. I do not want to pay them without results anymore. I would rather go bankrupt.
