This response from Marshall is a bit conflicting in itself, maybe is just a warding problem but on one side he tells us that there is no change in the understanding of the contract with the VZ officials and secondly he tells us that we have a dispute in place and an option to go to arbitration.

Now if there is a dispute that means that we have a contrariness in the VZ side but at the start of the response from RM there is no change in the original set up of the contract .

So where is the impediment and why we are not allowed to know about it.

We are being margined by VZ official as a brainless investors and i hope not from our own BOD as well.
