I disagree that you can't compare the two. Agapov is deeply involved in both companies. I think you are right that Agapov will make a deal with his other company Rml but I would bet that any financial benefit would end up not with Rml shareholders but Agapov himself.

The fact Rml hasn't permitted anything yet is definitely not moot. In fact it is the main point I was making. I don't care if it is you, Rml or Agapov himself saying Rml is the partner of choice, till they actually obtain a permit they are in the same boat as us.

Saying wait until the new mining law is in place doesn't make me a believer in Rml. I can say just as easily that wait until the new mining law before discounting Kry mining LC. Unless you are privy to some information others aren't regarding the supposed new mining law you simply haven't shown me how Rml will get the permit and Kry won't.
