makin, guys and gal, i know i've gone on about this before but does'nt anyone wonder about this?

consortium agreement signed last November"

rusoro is NOT a russian company.... the "Russia-Venezuela
consortium" agreement to my knowledge was signed during the russian naval visit.....

i cant seem to wrap my mind around this...check the filings for rusoro and let me know what you see about the agreement...theres some real shady business going on here and i'm not sure what it is....would'nt canada be concerned about a canadian company signing russia-venezuelan consortium agreements??
