Our only real impediment is not Hugo, that is a slam dunk, the real issue is keeping the bondholders at bay until the process is complete.

NoBear...correct me if I'm wrong...but a strong ICSID case should be a good legal argument to keep the bondholders at bay (i.e. we get the big ICSID award and bondholders are made whole)?
