ICSID settlements

I am not aware of any cash settlements ever being paid by Venezuela to ExxonMobil or Cemex. Please correct me if I'm wrong. The use of a 10 year wait was a hyberole, but maybe not such that big an exaggeration.

As a matter of fact, both Venezuela and Bolivia have threatened to relinquish their membership in the ICSID. What's that say for the settlements?
