Rattle, I am not saying one way or the other just pointing out what is being said.

One question that always persists on this board is what area(s) does VZ consider LC when mentioning this area. When Chavez mentioned the 5 concessions he mentioned 4 of KRY's and referred to Brisas as "Cristina" Brisas. Was that a mistake by Chavez or do they consider the whole area LC?

This in my mind tell to lend credance that when LC is talked and a broad area which includes the Brisas concession. That in my opinion changes the meaning of a lot of talk from the Ven's when speaking of LC.
