Rattle, "I've read that the kaolin deposits are being mined by Ruscaolin - a company unconnected with VenRus / RML, although Agapov himself is involved in both."

A few posts back from a Rusoro pr they said they wanted Brisas for access to the kaolinite so I am assuming Rusoro has some sort of relationship and need for this access whether it be just for Agapov, Venrus and Ruscaolin but Rusoro felt a need to include it in their pr for GRZ's takeover bid. Why that is nobody knows at this point. I thought the same with your comments above but now I am not so sure.

It could be as simple as the Russians finding a cheap way around in getting to the kaolinite by using Rusoro with no money to make a cheap bid. Maybe Ruscaolin and Venrus have unlimited funds and an offer of GRZ from them would look more like cheapskates going after Brisas. Currently a low bid by Rusoro makes sense simply because they have no money. My guess is the GRZ shareholders can see through this.
