CJR, this was from an earlier article back in Dec and I am assuming from what we have heard the 50/50 JV is called Rusoro:



"Production from Isidora will ultimately be subject to a 50-
50 joint venture with the Venezuelan government that will go into
effect before the end of the year."

I asked Rusoro IR if this really happened by the end of the year and he said:

Yes the mixed enterprise company was posted in the Gazette (accepted for filing) just before year end.

I replied this a.m. and asked for the Gaceta number, date and I haven't heard back. I will let you know.
