If Venezuela does not want any concessions why would they allow Rusoro to make a bid for GRZ and then Permit it under a Concession to Rusoro.

If Rusoro is on such good terms with Vz, then a simple phone call would do it, "don't bother with GRZ we have plans to take it over and then as you are a partner of choice we will do another 50/50 with you on this".

So why all the BS from Rusoro CEO .................
