The best response I know is to look at historical precedence and what has Mr. Chavez offered to similar companies in the past. I think he is fully aware that their is a strong legal case that works against him, but I get very skeptical when it involves a dictator who really does not give a damn and has shown he will find a way to wiggle out of any deal he has to. (he is trying to rewrite his own constitution to stay in power longer - the people better not allow that to happen) However and whatever Mr. Chavez does or would like to do he may have no choice only because he may need the very people that he would like to screw; so in the end he will offer something and probalbly something that is the least he can get away with without waking up those he will need. In short, I have no confidence that Mr. Chavez will offer anything near what is owed short of him allowing the permit to proceed which is our best solution for cost recovery. So permit KRY are ok...no permit KRY will have to fight or accept the best possible offer available to them to which you can be assured will not be good enough. One can always continue to have hope for the permit...but do not bet the farm on it.
