guys, the last few days we've all seen the articles saying "ecaudor renigs on foreign debt, the fear is venezuela/argentina/etc will follow"....

every one of these articles mentions venezuela like hugo owes billions to the US/western world....

last i heard (apr07') hugo had paid off his debt to the world bank and IMF.....

so my question is..who does he owe? who is he going to announce "no more payments too?" granted, within a very short period of time (if not already) hugo will be flat broke..but as of right now, does he actually owe anybody for loans?

i'd think it would be more likely he'll be hitting up the world bank soon...or maybe defaulting on future judgements from the world bank for his nationalizations...
