I can't understand the reason for such a specific accusation of financial misappropriation of the working capitol of KRY in regard of a resolution of the issuance of a Permit. It seems that if a negative resolution is eminent why incriminate KRY by implying financial fraud by the management, it serves no purpose in it's demise. If the resolution were positive how doe's that suggestion of impropriety conflict damage to the company and it's share price and it's place in the market as an investment.

I think Mr. Turner is an opportunist hack, with no creditability who needs to be ignored.
