Dear Mr. Marshall,
Is there a set date by which KRY Management expects its request for a formal clarification of its position relating to the control of the Las Cristinas gold project?
And if KRY fails to receive the requested clarification, dated November 6, 2008, is Management prepared to have the appropriate legal papers filed notifying the Venezuelan authorities that they are in breech of contract?
How much longer can KRY shareholders expect to remain in the dark with timely disclosure unavailable?
Respectfully,
Vlada Hrabowsky
