Pay up? Fair compensation? Where in the world do you think that Hugo plans to play this game fairly? Not to burst your bubble, but if their intention is to steal this property from KRY then we are in for a long losing battle.

Sad but true. The only real leverage we have with Hugo (ignoring our 'cast iron' operating contract for the time being) has to do with the threat of extinction of foreign investment (at least by non-members of the Axis of E-vile) should he screw us...and there is no doubt he will screw us...it is just a question of to what degree. I suppose that is a function of to what extent you had the ability to average down your cost basis....or better yet....get dirt cheap options.
