And one thing we know out of all of this that there will be mining in LC and that the denial was a ploy of some kind. The denial never appeared in an official publication ie Gaceta Oficial and or no law or decree was ever administered to uphold the denial.

This in itself is why KRY feels they have some pretty strong legal bounds to go along with Minambs acceptance of the proposals IMO.
